Is there a code I can input that will delete the image I have next to the boards when I click that respective board.

What I mean is that I want that image to show on the homepage of the forum obviously, but when I click a board like "History" for example....I just the board title "History" to show up on the top instead of the image that also comes with it on its left side.

Because the image is cut off I cannot see it in context of the larger picture.

By default there are no pictures on board names so without any context for your question it is impossible to give an answer.

Again, without context I cannot give an answer. It could be a number of things, depending on what you have done to your forum.

If you could provide a URL when asking coding questions it would help me -- or any other helper -- accurately assess the issue and give the correct answer. None of us can just know what code to provide or tell you to remove if we do not know what your site looks like or what modifications you have made. Without context, we are just guessing as much as you.

If you do not wish to provide your URL publicly, you are welcome to PM me. Otherwise, I suggest you post in the support board as you have the option of providing the URL to staff only.

EDIT: I want to clarify that I'm not being difficult, but without access to the coding or even a visual representation of what the problem is there is simply no way to diagnose and fix it. It's like asking a doctor to treat a patient they've never heard of or seen and have no clue as to their history.

to get rid of the images on the board names when you're inside the board:

try putting this in admin > themes > advanced styles & css > stylesheet, at the bottom:

.title-bar img {
    display: none;
}

---

to get rid of the black border on your banner, add this in the same place:

#logo img {
    border: none;
}

hmm now looking at it maybe a smaller black border would actually be ideal since it almost merges with my background...how can i control the size of the black border....too bad i cant recall where i put that code in the first place...was a couple years back.

and the other thing worked....in your opinion do you think removing those images makes things look more professional??

if you change the "none" to:

1px solid #000000;

changing the "1" in "1px" will control the size. changing the 000000 will change the colour.

As far as professionalism goes I think it is more professional without. However I do not think that the forum looks as if it intends to be professional the way it's designed right now, so if you like the images then i would keep them.
