I need help making these images a bit smaller without making them look blurry. I also need a transparent line around each image so when added to my ranks on my forum they are not stuck or attached side bye side and look like one image stuck together. Can anyone help? I tried doing it in paint and other software similar but they looked weird. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am not stuck on a specific size. I just want to make sure you can see what the image is without it going blurry and weird and when displayed on profiles on my forum they are in one line not two and spaces between each image. Thnk you,

You won't be able to shrink down already low-quality pixel images without them being blurry. Graphic design isn't magic, there's a set amount of information per image and these images are already of poor quality so any changes would wind up further decreasing said quality.
The best way to accomplish what you are requesting would be to either find higher quality images (such as vector images, not rasterised) or to get someone to recreate these images at the appropriate size to eliminate loss of quality.

Oh dam well in that case, could someone help with a transparent boarder around each image so when added to ranks they are not stuck together side by side? If that is possible . Thank you for the advice I greatly appreciate it.
