I need to make it with round corners where it says welcome home. Can I do that with the border thats there?

add this to your stylesheet for that theme:

#banner {
    border-radius: 5px;
}

change the 5 to whatever number you've been using.

I need to make the outer border corners round as well. Doesn't look right with just the banner rounded.

Sorry, could you clarify? from where I'm looking everything is rounded. Could you point out a specific spot where it isn't?

Do you need help with that because the #wrapper already has a slight rounded corner of 5px. If so you just need to find the id #wrapper in the css and change the 5px to 10px if you are wanting it to match the banner. Maybe you already worked it out and I'm seeing what you did with 5px?
