I need to limit the width of some text in a comment on a post. I also need the text to be Justified (full).
What code can I use that will work on this? I have tried everything I found through Google X3

If you add this to the bottom your CSS (will have to be done per theme) you can justify the text and limit the width:
.posts .post .message { text-align: justify; width: 500px; }
Change the 500 to whatever pixel width you require.

Kami beat me to it.. But you can also do it per-post.. LEST you should think that verse shall die, Which sounds the silver Thames along, Taught on the wings of truth to fly. Above the reach of vulgar song; Though daring Milton sits sublime, In Spenser native Muses play; Nor yet shall Waller yield to time, Nor pensive Cowley's mortal lay. Sages and chiefs long since had birth. Ere Caesar was, or Newton named; These raised new empires o'er the earth, And those, new heavens and systems framed. Vain was the chief's, the sage's pride! They had no poet, and they died. In vain they schemed, in vain they bled! They had no poet, and are dead. To get that effect, you need to do this... [di v style="width: 250px;text-align:justify;"] Content[/d iv]
