How do I move the post quick reply button under the view all smileys button?

Hi, Willing Sniper.

Try adding this to Structure > Headers & Footers > Global Header.

$(document).ready(function(){
$('.quick-reply input[type="submit"]').appendTo('.quick-reply .smBottom');
});
</script>

Then add this to the bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet on that theme.

.quick-reply .smBottom .button { margin-bottom: 5px; }
