Well, to be frank, I'm not quite sure if this is the proper location to ask; but my reason for posting this thread is to see if I can get some assistance with modifying a current theme I have in place already for a Naruto RP forums on the horizon. The forum is in a period of remodeling, but I can't quite seem to modify the template to suit my needs.
All in all, I just need someone that can do this small list of volunteer work.

THE LIST
- First, I'd want to be able to change the 'Header' for each forum. I'd like to be capable of adding a color-contrasting, slightly more opaque bar that is wrapped around each individual title.
- Secondly, I'd like to add contrast to the borders that en-wrap each forum's description. For example, 'Information' and 'Announcement' settings should have different shades, or different colors so the two don't necessarily blend in. Perhaps it could even be rigged so that the areas glow up or grow less transparent when the mouse cursor is hovering over it?
- Lastly, I need to figure out how to change the text color and format for the information display.
