Need simple help with plug in

I'm trying to add a message box for visitors but I'm not sure how to do the height and width setup when I go to settings. Do I need to use a specific character? Because I just tried typing in 3 inches height and it gives me an error saying I need to use an actual number, so I'm thinking there must be a code or something else that I need to be typing in. Thanks

Hi, pagan65.

Based on the error I would suggest trying just a number by itself.

Chances are it's asking how many pixels in height the box should be. So if you were to enter something like 200:

You'd get a message box this tall.

I had tried putting just the number 3 in there also and I still get the same error message, so I'll try that Thank you.

Which plugin is this for? And which setting within the plugin are you attempting to change?

It's the First time box, that pops up for visitors and guest. I went back in and did as you suggested now I just have to test it, but I'm thinking your idea was right. Thank you for your help.
