@secretboss,
If you are referring to the default theme for a new forum, you can generate your own fresh copy by creating a new theme via Admin > Themes > Theme Manager > "Create New/Import Theme" button.
As far as the default Support theme, that is strictly for Support and we are not currently releasing that theme for the library.
