I read about this on Facebook, we had been friends for some time. I've returned for this especially.
She will be missed be so many, friends, family...the GT community as a whole. We shared some good times and she was an integral part of that. I knew her health wasn't the greatest but she still held firm and kept her spirits up.
I hope Proboards can remember her in some way as not only a credit to the community here, but also for what she brought to those around her. RIP Tobi, you shall be missed.
Gutted.

God saw she was getting tired,
And a cure was not to be,
So he put his arms around her,

With tearful eyes we watched her suffer,

Although we love her dearly,

There are just no words. She is a wonderful member of our community and was a great friend. I know that her fight was long and hard. She's no longer is in suffering any longer. <3 The following was posted by loved ones of Tobi on her personal Facebook page. I'll share it here so we may honor her. It is with a very heavy heart and deep,deep sadness that we wanted to let all of you know that Diane gently and peacefully passed away early this morning. Ending her heroic, very long, courageous, and endless fight. As you all know she was a fighter and very stubborn, she never gave up. She loved you all and we know she will be dearly and terribly missed. You guys were her support system, her best friends, and her family.
Jason and I truly appreciate each and every one of you for always checking in when she didn't post in a while, cards that were sent and phone calls.
She loved her family to pieces, her grandchildren & great grandchildren were her pride and joy! And of course her loving companion Joey Puggins.

I've not had the privilege of knowing Tobi, but from all that has been posted here, she sounds like a wonderful, courageous, loving person in both real life and online.
It's quite apparent she has touched this community and all that knew her.
May you all find comfort and peace in your shared memories and may she forever rest well. |
