A true patriot for sure.. but butch definitely stood down to tobi when he got out of line they had alot of respect for each other both so wonderful to talk to and hang out with.. I will miss these friends greatly. Thank you John.

from what i read.. Tobi is indeed lovely, kind and caring person. she did many great things for our community over time. i can only say this: we'll miss her fondly. she is now at eternal peace.. we will never forget you and our times we had with Tobi. thank you for being the light of our soul.

I remember Tobi way back when when I first started PB - just went through some of her old posts. She was a tough fighter to the bitter end, and thoughts are with anyone who knew her personally <3

I am just reading this. I really liked Tobi. She helped me one year to send out all of those Secret Halloween cards the members enjoyed. I am glad she was here in those years some of us remember of the really fun times here.

It has been a really long time since I talked to her and she was sick then. She was definitely a fighter.

I know she was loved by many members, including me. I am so blessed to have met her, even if only online and over the phone. Love you, Tobi.

She will be missed be so many, friends, family...the GT community as a whole. We shared some good times and she was an integral part of that. I knew her health wasn't the greatest but she still held firm and kept her spirits up.

I hope Proboards can remember her in some way as not only a credit to the community here, but also for what she brought to those around her. RIP Tobi, you shall be missed.

I was not friends with her on Facebook, but I have to echo the sentiments of Graham here. 

She was a special person, a treasure of this community.  Many of the members here, myself included, are a testament to Tobi.  She saw the good in us all and she believed that everyone should have a chance for redemption after mistakes.  She taught us that you could fight and lose and still be a positive person and an example to others.  I'm not sure Proboards (or the world) has seen her like or will again.

I'm happy she is able to be in peace now and I hope that carries her spirit forever.  She will be missed.

(I have not been around for years, so I apologize for bumping this thread, but I wanted to give my thoughts a place to rest with Tobi).
