 I have a forum, so many of my members are complaining that the birthday date has arrived but they have not received the birthday badge since I am Adimin so I can give them a badge. If you have how I will do I will have to click on the system on the button there: admin

You will need to go to your profile and click "Edit Profile" and then click Badges and then you'll see a link that says, "Badge Store" where you will have to purchase the badges you want but make sure they are the ones you can gift. It should say under each badge if it is giftable. |

Are you the person with the username being admin ?
What is the URL of your forum, that might help Admins to pinpoint some issue ?

RuanPortes, Visit the users profile that you want to gift the birthday badge too, there is a gift tab that contains a button to the store. Then just follow the instructions on the store.

The Trophies plugin will award members automatically based on certain criteria (number of posts made, time on the forum, etc.). I believe there is a tab that gets added to your profile page that lists the trophies.
The Awards System plugin allows you to create your own awards for your members, and give them as you see fit.
I'd suggest going to the linked support threads for both and reading the descriptions the authors have provided about their respective plugins.
