Need some help.

Hey fellas, I have created a forum for my RPG and in that forum I have set different groups such as Admin, Mod, Section Mod and so on.

Their titles look extremely dull and non noticeable. See the picture below where I am the admin in red (Noctis) and it looks plain and boring. 



I was looking to change it each groups titles to something nicer such as a glow and a sparkle. I don't have any experience in CSS so I need someone to give me detailed instructions to get it done!

The user's name based on their group. So since my name is Noctis and I am an admin, "Noctis" would be red, have a red glowing effect and sparkle.
