Mobile View not matching desktop theme and objects

Hello,

I have two items that I am seeking help with:

1.  My mobile theme does not match my applied desktop theme and I cannot find where to modify or change that.  If I select desktop mode on mobile it will display as I expect.

2.  I have embedded some code on the forum wrapper that allows our live chat help desk to interact with our clients a little better than the shout box (notification and privacy restrictions)  the challenge I am running into is that when displayed on mobile it will not show the chat box until I select desktop view.  I am surmising that this is because it shows the default theme and therefore it does not show the embedded chat box. 

Any help would be appreciated.  I believe that once I am able to modify the mobile theme this will be resolved.

The mobile theme is not editable, sorry.

Once v6 is released themes will be responsive and no longer have a separate mobile view but there is no eta on that at this time.

Thanks for the help.  Then with that in mind is there any way to "disable" the mobile view by default?  So that when a client opens the page they are presented with the desktop view by default?  I am expecting not.

Unfortunately no way to do so. Sorry :(
