Banner sizing help please

Would like it 500x300


I had enlarged this picture to place on a theme. The problem is it wont stay large it goes to the original size. What am I doing wrong? mahalo for your help.

kono , I don't know at what point it is going back to it's original size but I do know that on Photobucket, if I had uploaded the smaller size and re-uploaded a larger version, it would go back to the original size that was uploaded. Maybe tinypic is the same way. Try downloading this to your computer and then upload it via your theme manager:
