Plugin for Members Rank

Hi,

I have created a forum for my clan: Forum URL: mysticaldrunk.freeforums.net/.

I want the members ranks to be manually changed by someone rather than by post count, i.e., a member should be promoted by the amount of time/contribution to the clan ingame and not by posting on the forum.

So i want to create ranks, but a member can only get them by being manually promoted by the leader of the clan or an officer, etc.. (these exist as groups)

Is it possible to implement a plugin that does this?

You dont need a plugin. Just change a user's group in their profile page.
