hello I was wondering if it is possible to make a code for the profile page template that could make it so that a custom cursor appears when you are viewing someones profile page. i thought this was maybe possible considering someone here managed to make a code working for me so people could have custom backgrounds on their profile page as well and in a way the member can choose their own custom cursor by telling me what they want as custom cursor (meaning not freely, i would want it in a way that only staff can add the custom cursor image perhaps through custom profile fields??? but in a way so everyone can have a different one if they wanted.) thank you

This really wouldn't be a templates mod, the way I'm looking at it. Theoretically, you could use the custom profile fields option to allow a user to input a URL for their cursor, but the problem is there is currently no way to check whether or not a custom field has a specified value since the field is not available on the page unless it is filled out (and similarly, because of this you cannot specify a "default" value).
Custom backgrounds are another thing entirely because there are a few ways to work around not specifying a value for the field that wouldn't work for a cursor.
This would mean that using the templates to accomplish a custom cursor would wind up having a blank / broken cursor image if someone did not fill this field out. I don't know if this would be possible with javascript but I think it would be more likely; I would personally ask in the plugins board instead.
