Mini-Profile Layout - Help

Is there any way to achieve this kind of layout? Just a line between the post and the profile



I'm not really sure where these things are supposed to go, so I'll just nicely ask a staff to move this to the right board unless it can stay here.

Just a simple line would do considering I can make the mini-profile background transparent or the same color as the background.
