Need Help With Modifying "Space Between Post

I'm using the template shown in this link, however I think the title bar it creates between each post is a little big, would anyone know how to modify this so I can reduce them?

Chrissiest Chris Do you mean the foot bar (at the end of the post box) or the title bar at the top of the post box or both? Also, can we get a link to your forum to take a look?
