Mini profile help...I think?

Okay so basically, I want to find out how people add this to their profile.

Basically members have to click a button on other people's mini profiles "Thanks" for example. And above the "Thanks" button there will be a count. "Thanks: 20" as an example. So basically for every click they get their count goes up...

Just click on a random thread and you'll see it in their mini profiles.

It looks like that site is using the "Karma System by Shorty" plugin and evidently converted the "Karma" to say "Thanks". You can find it in the Plugin Library.
