Hello everyone, I realized that my previous post was not very informational, so I decided to do a take two, because I really need to a unique custom theme revolving around Minecraft-Planet. So I will start with the page everyone creates when creating an account, the "Profile" page;
As I stated in the previous version of this post, I am not good at graphic designs, I am not good at making pictures or creating any kind of custom art. So I will need help with creating custom art for the website, so the art needed for the profile page, a custom Profile avatar default, I would like it to represent a default Alex if female or a default Steve if male.
Now to move onto colors of the profile, I would like the tabs for the; Summary, Activity, Following, Friends, Groups, Notifications, and Gifts, to all be background imaged with different ores, such as;Summary = Redstone Ore Activity = Gold Ore, Following = Iron Ore, Friends = Lapis Ore, Groups = Diamond Ore, Notifications = Coal Ore and for the Gifts, because I think I said every "ore" in the vanilla game, I think Gifts should be a modded style ore, such as Gifts = Rose Ore (I believe this is from the Minecraft Comes Alive mod).
The background of the main profile page, not the background of the theme, I want the background of the main page of the profile to be a nice humble home (Minecraft Style), symbolizing that the profile is their home. If you can't get a picture of a humble Minecraft home, just message me and I will be more than happy to build one in Minecraft and then snip the picture and send it to you.
Default Member Rank Icons:
New Minecrafters: I want these members to have coal as their rank icons.
Half Minecrafter: I want these members to have iron ingot as their icon.
Full Minecrafter: I want these members to have gold ingot as their icon.
Advanced Minecrafter: I want these members to have diamond as their icon.
All-Powerful Minecrafter: I want to have a nether star as their icon.
Staff Member Rank Icons:
Administrator: I want the Administrator ranks to have ender pearls.
Moderator: I want the Moderator ranks to have Eye of Ender (the before of Ender Pears).
Jr Moderator: I want the Jr Moderator ranks to have Skeleton Skull (Minecraft Skeleton).
Because I want this site to be revolved around the Minecraft gene, I want the Profile names to have the color of their respected Group, but these group(s) colors must revolve around the color most generically used in Minecraft servers, such as; Red for Administrators, Blue for Moderators, Green for Jr Moderators and White (normally grey, but must be able to stand out) for Members.
I want the buttons on the profile page to look like they are hovering and not just laying on the page, I think I said everything I wanted for the Profile page, now moving onto the Messages.
Messages I want to follow the theme of the profile in the url background of the main background, but instead of a humble home, I want the Minecraft night sky, I also want every time a "Staff Member" messages on the post it automatically generates a verification that this was indeed a Staff Member messaging them. I want the colors to be more lighter in comparison of the dark background, maybe sky blue or moon white. The "Create Message" button should look like it's hovering not just laying, the color should be lighter.
Now I am going to kind of skip some stuff for now, I am going to go to the navigation bar, I want the navigation bar to be set on top of the page, and follow users down so that they can have instant access to it without having to scroll back up. I also want a profile drop down menu on this navigation with a small scale of their avatar, so that they can instantly click to their Profile, Profile Settings,..etc. I want the navigation bar to be emerald green, with like an emerald texture to it. when hovering or activating a menu, it turns into a diamond block texture.
Now onto the Forums themselves, I have been arguing with myself about the forum look, but I think more of a Minecraft day, with flowers and grass as the background of the entire theme, the forum heading bars I want to be diamond block textured, then each of the threads to be emerald textured. I also want custom pin, lock, announcement, ..etc. icons, I have an idea for the pin, lock and announcement, but the rest I am not sure, I want the pin image to be of a diamond with a diamond sword sticking out. Locked thread image, I want a wither skull, and announcement image, I want a blaze rod.
As for the new post and no new post images, I want the no new post image to be a block of coal, then the new image to be a block of diamond. I think that is it, I might have forgotten something I am not sure. I tried to answer any potential questions. Ask away if you have any.
