ill be honest i have no clue how i messed up the coding in my shoutbox but i did and have no clue how to fix it this is what i have

this is what it looks like but i dont see the reply bar or anything and this is all kinda mushed to gather maybe i missing something

Have you first tried resetting the template to default? If you go to admin > structure > layout templates > shoutbox, you should see a button on the top left, above the text box, that says "Reset to Default".

Out of curiosity, did you make sure to save the reset? Since it seems you have the shoutbox disabled for guests, I cannot see the problem with the reply box / UBBC buttons.

Yes I did but I can enable if that would help
