Disallowing Signature Glitter Gifs?

I know this sounds silly, but...

Is there a way to ban glitter gifs? Especially giant ones in member signatures?

You can make a signature rule disallowing them or at least a size limit rule. Beyond that, I honestly don't know. And no, it doesn't sound silly. Those glitter images mess with a lot of people's eyes and that can be distracting when large.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so...

Any idea how to set that rule?

I'd also like to block pics and videos too... I was on one board and signatures were out of control... trying to avoid that on my forum.

Just say it's a rule -- usually people have a thread or custom page where they list the rules of the forum. Then if you see someone do it, then you can edit their profile and remove it and issue them a warning via PM (and you may also want to edit their profile and increase their warning level under the "staff options" tab). Same thing with videos and pictures honestly.

It's not something you can enforce automatically.
