Description:
This adds a custimizable container above your News (If there is no news, it will be above the first category). 
The container can be changed it any way (rectangle, circle, border styles, and more). It's meant for forum announcements, but it can be used for anything - even a roleplay forum.

Hello,

Thank you for providing this nice plugin.

After installing and enabling the plugin to my forum, I've noticed that the button with post/thread options (the "gear" icon on each message) no longer works. Disabling your plugin makes the button workable again.

Can you fix that please?

Is it possible to specify the position?
IE: centre, left, right

This is an awesome plug in. However, it is appearing BELOW the news feed. Is there any way to get it to appear above the news feed & just below the nav bar? Thanks.
Theme is currently disabled. Hoping to have it activated by the first of May to celebrate our upcoming 14th anniversary!
