I just can't figure this out and need help so it will show for all members:
#navigation-menu > ul li a[href="/user"]::before { content: "\f007";font-family:FontAwesome;font-size:14px;color:black!important; }
I tried various ways like a[/user/'*'] and did searches trying to find answers to no avail. Will I need to do a if statement or can it be done with css? Appreciate any help.

Font Awesome doesn't work to my understanding how a 'normal' thing works. What you'd need to do instead is loop through each iteration of the menu options looking for one matching the name 'Profile'
{foreach $[navigation.menu]}{if $[navigation.menu.name] == "Profile"} <li> <a{if $[navigation.menu.active]} class="state-active"{/if} href="$[navigation.menu.href]"{if $[navigation.menu.accesskey]} accesskey="$[navigation.menu.accesskey]"{/if}> <i class="fa fa-user-circle-o"></i>$[navigation.menu.name] {if $[navigation.menu.notification.total]} <div class="notifinumber" onclick="window.location='$[navigation.menu.notification.href]'; return false;"> <div class="tip-number">$[navigation.menu.notification.total]</div> </div> {/if} </a> </li> {/foreach}
Should work

Try #navigation-menu > ul li a[href*="/user"]::before as your selector, you can lookup attribute selectors to get a list of supported variations

This is the ticket. ^^ (I will look up those attribute selectors.) Thanks so much Chris and thanks Boy_Wonder for your remedy too. It may come in handy for something in the future I'll be trying so I have a link to this saved. And sorry I was such a slow poke responding, guess I was busy helping others.
