Hey guys! So back in the old days of proboards there was a coding guide floating around for how to code a scrolling table on top of a background image. I've searched high and low and can't seem to find any sites, or any codes that are what I'm referring too. So I'm desperately here trying to find someone that can help me out! I'm trying to code something like this: (this is a mock-up but I have the actual BG image that would be used) I just have no idea how to go about coding in the scrollbar/text/etc. I would like to be able to create posting templates like this, but also for roleplaying. Basically, from what I remember, there were scrolling ones (like my mockup) but also ones that had a top image, bottom image, and the midddle was a solid color where the text went. I'm at my wits end at this point. I know basic BBC and HTML and a little CSS but since it's been years and proboards has changed so much, I'm at a loss

rockhard1 , We really appreciate you trying to help, but the member wanted a posting table that you can add to your posts. What you provided is html to be put in your wrapper template or headers/footers. Granted they might be able to convert your coding to bbcode but they haven't been back since making this thread so I have a feeling they may not need it anymore. Regardless, go ahead and leave your post but do remove the all references to body in your post. This... body {background:#000;line-height:100%} and this... <body>...and this.. </body> There are already body tags in our wrapper template and adding the css to change the body background and line height is not needed either. I feel bad pointing this out as you were just trying to be helpful.

I just deleted the whole post. You didn't have to do that as someone who wanted a html template might have used it. We really do appreciate anyone who wants to pitch in and help a fellow member so please don't let his stop you in the future.
