Remove "Delete Post" feature for Members

As title say,I need some code,maybe,to prevent members from deleting their posts,they can edit it,but can not remove totally.

You can set it to only prevent deletion and keep editing. Note that it has a 5 minute time period where users can edit or delete posts.
