Hi! So I am looking for some help designing one of the panels in my site's new theme, a banner.
The design I want is scifi/fantasy themed, and the links themselves will be round/(ish, if not completely round) with either a slide on hover effect or fade on hover effect, so that when hovered over, the image (set to specific size) is either overlapped with a darkened opaque panel sliding up over top of it with the info like a name of the staff/member and what award/position they are etc, or this panel just fades in over top. Please make the panel clickable, so I can have them link to the account?
Sorry if none of this makes sense, I will try to make it clearer if you need it. Also, just the code for the item itself would be greatly appreciated, as I can add them in to areas and the banner and such myself. Thank you!
