In theory, yes, depending on what you are after exactly.
PayPal (and probably other services) has wizards (or used too) that will generate some HTML you could embed on a page to show your items. People could then click "Buy" and be took to the PayPal checkout.
If that is what you are after, then I suggest looking at the PayPal site.
