Ulises, I did as you requested using Chrome incognito and Internet Explorer. In both cases the shoutbox ALWAYS displayed the oldest posts requiring me to scroll down to the newest. This was the case on every page request or refresh.

With the changes I pointed out above the shoutbox performs as it should.
