Pop-out navigation in miniprofile

This is the best way I can describe what I need help with! I have this code from my tumblr that I've attempted to implement into my miniprofile (the small circle next to the gif icon). It works; however, the pop-out links only pop out in the first post. I'd like them to attach to each separate post and use each user's profile fields. This is a thread in my forum to demonstrate the effects of this code. It'll probably do it more justice than I can!

(Also, if anyone sees any way to clean that code up, please feel free. It's a mess and I don't like touching it bc I don't want it to break lol)
