Hello! I have a forum based off of the series Warrior Cats by Erin Hunter. As you can see in the link below, I've chosen a theme already but there were a few problems with it. I really like the color scheme I've got going, so if I could keep the colors, that'd be wonderful!

Would like the banner size to be 1020x400. Don't worry about the banner image, just put a placeholder there and I'll handle it.
Now this isn't needed at all, but what would be nice. The banner shows tabs of information of the site and/or a welcome message when you put your mouse over the banner or click on it. Like I said before, don't worry about it if it's not to your expertise!
I'd like there to be a side bar or a tabbed area on the left side if the forum.

Info--- Current Weather/Prophecy/News/Moon phase
Census-- High Positions with amounts of each. My site has pictures but I would rather just list the Clan with rank and names, with ability to link to bio
Staff-- ability for pictures and link to bio
OTMs-- For members/relationships/threads and ability to link to those areas
