Hi, I'm running a Finnish website dedicated to 80's and 90's old school rap. My website is located at www.killahoe.fi and forum at forum.killahoe.fi. I have made some changes to the default forum theme, but I would like it to have more personality, you know. 

Some ideas for the theme:
Dark color scheme (blue, green/red, black, white)
Sidebar on the right that shows recent posts, cbox-chat and banners.

Since you're only asking for a coder, I presume you already have all the graphics done and structural elements planned out?

So no, you don't have the graphics done. :P

In any case, considering there is no project brief I think you will have a hard time, even with (what I can only presume is) a $50 tip (unless you meant hourly?) finding a coder. I don't know any people who would commit to a project with no information on it.

If you simply want to handle this privately / via PM, then I think you're better off putting a notice in your signature asking folks to PM you for project details. If you want to submit an actual request on this board, then I recommend editing your opening post to include a project brief. Contents should include what sort of modifications you require and plugins you want to use. I am also assuming from the lack of information that a mockup of your desired results has not been made, so I would suggest either having that on hand, or at the very least a general colour scheme + structural description.

Have you given a read through of the Tips on Requesting a Theme thread? I think you'll find you still have far too little information. What is a "dark" colour scheme? There are so many colours that would fit the criteria. Plus, you make no mention of the aesthetic you're going for, what "banners" on the side bar would mean, etc etc.

Remember, the people who fill these requests aren't invested in your forum so following the tips in the above thread would likely yield better responses since your project brief would be clear and concise, rather than in the extreme of 'not enough' or 'way too much' information. No one wants to spend hours on a project with just a vague guideline of what the requester is expecting.
