Along the same lines... I often see an image and just click the F5 key to refresh the screen. Could that also be an issue with the Leaderboard?

And there are certainly times when the image is on the screen but I don't click and just leave it there and move on to look at another forum. When I return, the image is still there. If you don't click on the image at all, then no - it shouldn't affect the leaderboard. However, if you've got anyone who sees an image and does come back to it later and clicks on it - that will affect the leaderboard. It goes back to that stale data that we discussed awhile ago.

I'll give it a test on my test forum tomorrow - but I'm really not seeing why they wouldn't be able to see it.

Just FYI, I have changed my username all over the 'Net to distance myself personally from Heretix Forum, which I founded way back. However, I'm just one of four equal admins there now.

Lynx, I have a member who says when she checks the leaderboard, there are no members listed. And she says her mini profile and others do not display any points. She says she's experiencing the same problem on both of my forums. Do you think that's simply an issue of clearing cache and cookies?

If she's the only one with the issue, then it's most likely something on her end. Have her try these steps, testing after each one:

1. Clear browser cache (clearing cookies doesn't really need to be done, but if she does want to clear cookies - please let her know that doing that will log her out of everything she's logged into).

2. If that doesn't clear it up, she if she can try a different browser. If a different browser works, she may have an extension on her original browser that may be causing the issue.

Let me know if she's successful or not, please. I'm ruling out that she's got JavaScript (JS) disabled. If she had JS disabled, none of the plugins would work for her and it would affect her normal forum experience as well.

Lynx... She told me the issue has been cleared up. But she didn't tell me if she'd cleared her cache and cookies. But I kind of think that was the problem. Thank you.

Lynx, one of our members claims that his point balance jumped from 12000+ to 14000+ during one minute. Our max score per hit has been set to 30 points, so that shouldn't be possible. Was it due to a delay in the system or a possible bug?
