Automatically decrease warning levels?

Is there any plugins that could allow me to set it so a member's warning level decreases by a set increment over time (like five points per week or something)?

I'm afraid not. That would require automatically navigating to and editing the user's profile, both of which are a TOS violation.

Having a plugin that creates it's own set of user warning levels that would lower over time would still be possible. I think I seen a warning plugin in the library once. The limitation is that it's for visual effects and doesn't modify the users ability to make posts/messages etc.
So for cosmetic purposes separate from proboards this would be doable.
