Unable to see Headers/Banners

So, I used to be able to see the Headers/Banner, but I'm currently unable to for whichever reason..
I've tried to view headers on several different Proboards, but have been unable to. I am, however, able to see footers, which puzzles me.

I've been constructing a forum page for a little while, and it's frustrating to not have the banner I wish to view present.

My friend, who is able to see the banner screen caped it for me. This is what he views: i.imgur.com/Cwf9Rh9.jpg

I however, only get to see this: gyazo.com/5378737f91d84a7d9a459c6506687c98

I'm worried that this will be common among new joiners to our forum, which would be disappointing to say the least..

Could it be that you haven't selected the right theme in your profile? I know some members will set a new theme to default and think that is what they will see but you have to change it in your profile. Just a thought.

If that isn't the case, it could be a browser issue or the device you are using, possibly. Just want to add, I see it. I had to squint to get the url in the screen shot you provided but I do see the banner.

Alright, so, I looked through my Forum Preferences, and the only listed Forum Theme I can use as default is "Forsaken Theme" which I assume is in par with the rest of the website.

There are no other options listed besides this one when editing my profile.

I edited my browser permissions to allow for almost everything, as seen here: gyazo.com/bd252fdba440cca1ddcfb47fef15434b

But that's not helped at all.

What I find strange is that I receive the picture in my media tab of my browser settings, over here: gyazo.com/80b675ec8980dbf511cc7c1479bc49bf

Is there more in-depth browser settings I should find and edit?

Alright, after switching to a new computer (at my work) I'm able to view the banner on the forums, so It's got to be something with my browser settings. On my home computer the banner won't show for Firefox, chrome, or IE, so I'm not sure what the specific problem is.

Do you have an antivrius on your computer that may be blocking the images?

After re-installing a couple of my browsers (Just the one's I use) and re-working my anti-virus I managed to get it working, I can see the banner now, but I'm not exactly sure what caused the problem. Anyways, it's fixed now. Thank you all for your suggestions!
