Shout box all and only text color

Aloha, 

How would I go about making all of the text and the user's in only the shout box shouts a selected same color ? I know how to input and change the actual text color using color codes etc but I am not sure how to go about changing the actual user's color so as it will only effect the shout box.

Place this CSS at the bottom of your style sheet located in Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet (tab):

.shoutbox_messages a.user-link {
    color: #0600ff !important;
}   

Change the green text to your preferred hex color.
