I am wondering if its possible to do something like this with the navigation bar.

I have looked around and found where you can move the navigation bar but I would like to be able to have one above and one below the the banner like in the above image.
Is this possible? Is there a template already out there I just haven't found?
On a similar not, the drop down navigation plugin, is there a way to add an image next to the text to indicate it is a drop down? Checked out the related help thread for that plugin and the question was asked but got no response.
