Custom Field Tabs

This plugin was done as a request, thought I may as well post it here as it quite a useful plugin for forums that use a lot of custom fields.

What this plugin does, is moves custom fields on the edit and view pages of the profile to new tabs that you can setup.  Along with this, there is basic support for custom templates for the edit tabs.
