Heyo! Just a friendly, curious question for all of the roleplay site owners out there whose high rank rosters are generally filled up. If you're roleplaying a group with 'high ranks' like warriors, a dog pack, a kingdom, etc, how do you get people to be interested?
Right now I've got notifications popping up periodically on their own in my discord, I've got a board open for people to submit inquiries...and no bites! What's your secret?

I think that if this is an original or no-canons site, it’s goinn to be tough. Not a lot of people want the responsibilities that come with having such a character — they usually mean being fairly active and making sure you can commit to story lines over longer periods of time, as well as being responsible for driving the plot forward where applicable.
A lot of people don’t really want that, and the ones that do don’t always follow through.
As far as garnering interest, I think there’s not much else you can do that you haven’t already other than maybe outline your expectations for the player responsibility if they take one of these ranks so that people who are interested but feel intimidated by the potential responsibility can have your requirements upfront.

Usually what we've done in the past is simply offer it up. Make a thread giving all the details and then if you need to have a special set of skill as far as talent in writing goes, just make sure to set a (Small) list of things you'll need from them. Of course, it needs to be simple or small so you don't have them lose interest. But I do know that if you want someone up in power, they should be set with a small amount of specific skill.
Also boost it, make it sound exciting. If you need more than one spot filled, I always do one at a time. If you have a close set of friends involved, always as them first, as you know you can trust them.
Hope this helps.
