Warhawk Studios A Place for modding games

I run a forum called Warhawk Studios were I mostly have topics discussing my mods for a game called Total Extreme Wrestling a game were you book wrestling shows.  I am trying to get my forum off the ground. I plan on going a few places to promote my forum.  I know it looks generic at the moment but I am working on that on the requests forum for a theme and banner. Any input on other ways I can get my forum off the ground? Its for a very niche community.
