The above link is a plugin-based solution, but the functionality is already built into the forum to quote multiple posts.
Holding the Alt key and clicking on an empty spot in the post will select it, causing the Post Options button to change color. You can also click on the Post Options button itself and choose the Select Post option from the dropdown.
Any Quote button you click on the page will include quotes of all of the posts you had selected.
