So, for some odd butt reason, border-radius: 50%; doesn't want to apply to the avatars in the "currently online" and "last online in the last 24 hours" sections of the information center. Any ideas? trinityblair-test.boards.net/

Are you talking about the colored outer border of each of the avatars in the info center? If so, that's probably due to the .avatar-wrapper div being displayed as a table-cell element which nullifies the effect of the border-radius property. That property is there in the default CSS so that the vertical-align property will work and vertically center avatars that are smaller than your maximum avatar dimensions. Here's a comparison of what it looks like with and without that property:
