How to Change Color of Reply andCreate Thread Buttons

I should know how to do this but have drawn a complete blank.  Cannot figure out how to change the color of Reply and Create Thread buttons.

Also letters on the NEWS button on Navigation tree bar is incomplete.   Perhaps text is too large and bold.  Please tell how and where to change that.  Thank you so much

Thanks guys, bu I finaly got it done.

For someone else who might need this info.

Admin > Body > Title Bar > Text > Buttons > to change color of Create Thread and Reply buttons
