INGREDIENTS:  1 - "Pineapple"

DIRECTIONS: 

1. Grasp Pineapple firmly.
   
2. Pull pin.
   
3. Toss vigorously.
   
4. Serve HOT.

INGREDIENTS


3 c. finely crushed graham crackers

12 tbsp. butter, melted

2 15-ounce cans crushed pineapple

2 c. heavy cream

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp. sugar

1/2 c. unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted



DIRECTIONS


1 - Make crust: In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with butter and stir until combined.

2 -  Make pineapple layer: In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, heat crushed pineapple until thick and jammy, about 15 minutes.

3 - Meanwhile, make cream layer: In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in cream cheese and sugar. (For best results, transfer mixture to a piping bag.)

4 -  Among four mason jars, layer graham cracker crust, pineapple (using a spoon), and cream, alternating until you reach the top of the jar.

5 - Garnish with toasted coconut and serve.

1 stick of butter

Instructions:
Unwrap stick of butter. Put butter onto serving platter. Keep butter at room temperature. Refrigerate when done.

INGREDIENTS


Cooking spray, for pan

1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 c. yellow cake mix

2 1/2 c. white chocolate chips

1/2 c. chopped canned pineapple, drained and patted dry

16 maraschino cherries, stems removed



DIRECTIONS


1 -  Line an 8”x 8” baking dish with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pour sweetened condensed milk and cake mix into a large bowl, stirring to combine.

2 - Add white chocolate chips, then microwave in 1-minute intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Fold in pineapple and pour into prepared baking dish.

3 - Place cherries on top of fudge and place in the refrigerator to harden, about 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
