So I am trying to import this theme to a forum, and when I do it does not appear. Can someone help me resolve this?

After the theme file is downloaded to your computer, go back to your forum and go to Admin > Themes > Theme Manager. Click on the button "Create New/Import Theme". Then select the option for 'Import an Existing Theme'. When you next click the Choose Theme File button, navigate to where you downloaded that theme on your computer.

When it finished, that theme will be in the list of themes in the theme manager.
