Hi, newloneranger. Your forum accepts anything that can be added to the page using HTML. This includes <iframe> tags and <script> tags which are most commonly provided by sites that provide web counters. It's probably worth noting that a Google search for SiteMeter returns only results for pages questioning where the service has gone. You may want to consider utilizing another web counter. Your forum's pageviews are also counted in Marketing > Analytics in your admin area, though the statistics contained there aren't able to be displayed publicly.

Structure > Headers & Footers > Global Header & Footer would likely be the best place to add whatever code they provide for their counter.
