Need help with a theme

I'm using the war theme
(seen here: www.proboards.com/library/themes/item/3369)

I've got everything set up bar the banner at the top
The banner at the top appears as an 800x300 blank banner, and when I go into themes > advanced styles & css the banner image is white'd out and changing it effects nothing

Can anyone help?

Hi, atrophy.

Both of those images are found in Themes > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper on that theme with this URL:

http://placehold.it/800x300

The first instance of it determines what image goes behind your banner. The second instance of it is the banner that scrolls up when hovering over the banner area.
