View Counters

Hi, looking for some help on using a TracemyIP counter that I use on my forum.

I have added the Javascript code into the Global Footer and it works fine
I used this code

But... the Footers don't appear on a Mobile Browser    And so the Code doesn't appear and therefore I am not tracking my Mobile Browser visits

TMIP recommend their Javascript code, but do however provide alternate code if need be and if I use THIS code

So the question:

Where is it possible to install the code so that it appears for both desktop AND mobile browsers?
If there is a place where it would appear only on a Mobile that is ok as well as I can keep the existing code in place in that situation

I know of course that there is Analytics built in on the Admin Console but I like this Country Mapping info



Also, as an aside, what kind of overhead in Page View count do 3rd Party Analytics add?

I have the TMIP Counter;  I have the Google Analytics installed; and I also have Pingdom setup to tell me when the forum is up or down  (installed years ago when my then-host was having some issues with availability and found it useful).
I presume those all add an incremental overhead to the page view totals?

It's not possible to modify the HTML of the mobile version of the forum.

Third-party analytics do not affect your pageviews. All they do is run a script during a page load that sends a request back to their service to update their own analytics accordingly.
