Hi karl33 ! If you mean the Header/Banner image of the default Proboards Theme, then I know how to help you! Go to Admin>Themes>Colors & Theme Creator. Once there, take the URL of the image you wish to use (ends in .png/.jpg), and place it in the Box for Banner Image.
If you have more than one theme, then make sure that the box at the top is selected on the theme that you wish to edit. Hopefully this helps, if not just respond back here.
