Adding an image under members avatar?

Hi, how would I add an image under a members avatar?

I wish to add an image tag when a member reaches certain post counts.

An easy way to accomplish this is just using the existing Member Rank system. Replace the star Images with whatever you want (done in Themes Manager, per theme), then set the Post Count to whatever you like and whatever else as you would normally. Then you can go into the Structure -> Layout Templates -> Mini-Profile and move the '$[user.rank.stars]' section to be underneath the $[user.avatar] bit.
